I’m Jill Caldwell. I formed Windshift in 2000, after 11 years in the market research industry. I help people in businesses and organisations to find simple, practical ways to do research, gather insights, and build positive relationships with their customers and audiences.
My main focus is on designing research and mentoring the people who carry it out – whether they are communicators, marketers, customer service specialists or other researchers. I also create and deliver presentations and briefings that broaden organisations’ understanding of their customers’ values and perspectives.
I co-wrote 8 Tribes: the hidden classes of New Zealand and I am undertaking a major study of New Zealanders’ values in 2017.
